How we support our people
Talent comes in many different guises. At Costain we recognise this and work with employees to take them where they want to go rather than where we think they should go. We see each employee as part of our talent group and support you in realising your own potential.
Working in Highways, she chose to apply for ICE Fellowship due to her role in continuously supporting others with their own development and the wider profession “Throughout my career I have helped graduates become members of the ICE and been part of the Costain ICE steering group responsible for driving the Costain ICE professional development scheme forward, so, for me personally, becoming a Fellow of the ICE was the next logical step in my career.”
Craig was a chartered member of the ICE for several years, and his application for fellowship was the next step in recognising his career journey and the work he has been involved in that has improved the world that we all live in. “I’m delighted to be accepted as a Fellow of the Institution of Civil Engineers which recognises the contribution I have made to society throughout my career in civil engineering with Costain.”
We have a long history of supporting people transitioning our of a service career. We value the skills and experiences of those who have served and provide support on identifying transferrable skills into the construction and engineering sector.
